Q. How much is shipping? How is shipping calculated?
A. Shipping is 15% of the total order and will be calculated at checkout. If ordering from outside Canada, please note that your country's customs may charge taxes and/or duty prior to delivery. There is no way that we can estimate these costs prior to shipping, but we will mark the customs slip "gift" and hope for the best.
Q. How long does is normally take to receive an order?
A. This depends on whether or not the product is a custom order or an in-stock item. In-stock orders can take anywhere from one to three weeks depending on the destination. I ship Canada Post. |
